We frequently take on the role of Principal Contractor on behalf our developer clients in order to managing the overall site and ensuring that all works undertaken re planned, monitored and co- ordinated in accordance with CDM Regulations.
We have taken on this critical role on a number of large projects and multi-plot developments where Avondale have managed all Common Domain (shared) areas of the site, engaging with contractors and enforcing site-wide rules, ensuring that all stakeholders can access their individual work areas / building plots without risks to health or safety.
